In this class we begin by tuning in with the Kundalini Yoga mantra, Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo. We then set an intention and do a series of breathing techniques to purify the body and open the energy channels while raising our overall vibration.
We finish by chanting a powerful mantra used to align ourselves with the God frequency, thus elevating to a higher timeline of existence where we can easily and clearly attract what resonates and repel what no longer resonates.
