A 30-minute video on a simple routine and tips for your morning and guided breathwork to stimulate digestion, clear mucus out of the body, strengthen the core muscles, clear the mind, and prepare you for your day.
I usually do a much longer practice in the morning and evening but this is something you can do when you don't have as much time, but, still want to get that breathwork in.
